【Product Description】

This product is an anionic polyurethane water-based dispersion, self-crosslinking type. It forms a full, soft, and elastic film with excellent wear resistance, solvent resistance, yellowing resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has good wettability, leveling, and low-temperature flexibility. High toughness and strength, non-tacky, easy to roll, and wash-resistant. It offers good process adaptability, fast drying speed, and strong adhesion to various substrates. Specifically designed for edge sealing and bonding of various fiber fabrics.

【Performance Characteristics】

◎S450A is a polyurethane resin with a soft, smooth, and non-tacky feel, suitable for soft fiber fabrics.

◎S450B is an epoxy-modified polyurethane resin with a soft yet elastic feel and good mechanical properties, suitable for slightly stiff fiber fabrics.

◎S450C is an epoxy-silane modified polyurethane resin with a tough yet elastic feel and low stiffness, suitable for stiff fiber fabrics.

◎Used for electronic glass fiber fabrics, industrial glass fiber fabrics, alkali-containing glass fiber fabrics, alkali-free glass fiber fabrics, silicone rubber glass fiber fabrics, expanded yarn glass fiber fabrics, polyester glass fiber fabrics, etc.    

◎Used for natural fiber fabrics, regenerated fiber fabrics, synthetic fiber fabrics, chemical fiber fabrics, etc.

【Usage Methods】

Applicable by roller coating, dip coating, blade coating, or spray coating.

【Packaging and Storage】

Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, or 125kg plastic barrels. Non-hazardous, transported as ordinary aqueous solution items. Store in a cool indoor place with a shelf life of 6 months.
